Why did we choose the name REDWOOD?

Our company’s name was inspired by the REDWOOD trees:
• They can live more than 2,000 years, this represents experience & wisdom.
• They are the tallest trees in the world, reaching an amazing height of 350 feet (100+ meters, the same height as a 35-story skyscraper), this represents vision & leadership.
• One of the most amazing characteristics is that its roots only grow down (vertically) less than 10 feet (3 meters, less than the 2-story house) BUT they do NOT fall because the roots grow to the sides/horizontally, for a length of more than 82 feet (25+ meters, almost the same length of an NBA professional basketball court) which means that all the Redwood trees interlock the roots together to keep each other from falling.
Our company relates to these characteristics because a REDWOOD represents: experience, wisdom, vision, leadership, teamwork & a collective desire to help each other succeed & be FINANCIALLY strong & profitable.
We have been in the CALL CENTER INDUSTRY for almost 30 years. Our board of directors has personally opened over 11 NEW call centers in the last 10 years alone. Our full-time management staff is highly educated attorneys, accountants, engineers, economists, business majors & hundreds of hard-working moms and dads that are proud to be part of our family.

Our History

This is how we start and who we are.
Then – Now

2014 - Startup

It started in January of 2014 in the City of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. 

2017 - 500 Seats

In the summer of 2017 we reached an operation of over 500 seats.

2020 - 2k Agents

Because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, over 80% of our staff converted into a HOME OFFICE operation. This opened the door to  unprecedented opportunities & growth. We were able to lower our fees/cost and increase our service level & KPIs which resulted in more clients and we were able to hire over 2,000 agents.

2022 - Today

In 2022, we grew to a total of 9 OFFICES/CENTERS and the board of directors unanimously approved new senior equity partners to participate & invest in the ongoing growth of our call centers nation-wide
